Breatheology is a global platform where you can learn how to optimize your breathing for better health and performance. Breathing exercises and breath holding (apnea) are excellent tools to reduce stress, increase daily energy levels and boost natural health. Breatheology is founded by Stig Severinsen, PhD in Medicine and 4X Freediving World Champion and yields a 360 degree view on the entire breathing process. He is coaching Olympian athletes, busy CEO’s and working with new frameworks for rehabilitation – amongst others advising WHO (World Health Organization). Latest TV-adventures include Superhuman Showdown on Discovery Channel where he was announced “The Ultimate Superhuman” after setting a new official Guinness World Record for the longest breath hold on the Planet with 22 minutes under water on a single breath. Currently his new documentary series “The Man Who Doesn’t Breathe” originally produced for Discovery Channel is airing around the world. Stig Severinsen has also been featured on History Channel, 60 Minutes and National Geographic.
